Coffee - Virgen de Suyapa School is a sustainable product, produced at the height of the Cordillera del Merendon, designed and packaged for you by the Virgen de Sugapa Agricultural School, an initiative of the Social Pastoral of the Parish of San Vicente de Paúl, Honduras.

Petit Sirah. Also, an amazing Syrah has been recently bottled.

Also, a new Merlot /Sangiovese blend we called "7" is now ready for your enjoyment.

Our new Riesling and Kerubim are ready and bottled for your pleasure.

GADELA's Wine Tasting

The tasting consist of 5 different wines available at the time of your visit. The Host will go over a short explanation of all the wines being tasted with a brief history of the winery. Regular tastings are on a walk-in basis during normal GADELA business hours, however reservations can be made in order to save a spot.
